Welcome to Human Hair BD. By accessing or using our website, Facebook page, WhatsApp, or placing any order with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users, customers, and visitors of Human Hair BD.
By purchasing from us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Information

Human Hair BD sells 100% authentic human hair products including wigs, bundles, closures, frontals, and related items.

We make every effort to display accurate product images and descriptions. However:

• Actual color may vary slightly due to lighting and screen resolution

• Hair length and texture may have slight natural variation

These do not count as defects.

3. Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed:

• You will receive confirmation via phone, WhatsApp, or SMS

• Orders cannot be canceled after confirmation

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspicious activity

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

We accept:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)

• bKash

• Nagad

• Rocket

• Bank Transfer

Payment must be completed before shipping (for prepaid orders).

Human Hair BD reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver all over Bangladesh through trusted courier services.

Delivery time:

• Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days

• Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, or natural events.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of human hair products, we do not accept returns or refunds once the package is opened.

However, exchange is allowed if:

• You received the wrong product

• The product is damaged or defective

Conditions:

• You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Used, worn, or altered hair cannot be returned or exchanged.

7. Product Usage

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

• Coloring, bleaching, perming, or chemical treatment

• Improper washing or handling

• Heat damage from straighteners or curlers

Once the product is used or altered, all warranty is void.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Human Hair BD (logo, images, text, videos) belongs to Human Hair BD.
You may not copy, use, or distribute our content without permission.

9. Customer Responsibility

You agree to provide correct:

• Name

• Phone number

• Address

We are not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect information.

10. Fraud & Abuse

If we detect:

• Fake orders

• Refusal to accept COD repeatedly

• False claims

We reserve the right to block the customer permanently.

11. Limitation of Liability

Human Hair BD will not be liable for:

• Any indirect or accidental loss

• Allergic reactions or scalp issues

• Business or financial losses

Use products at your own risk.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

Any disputes will be handled under Bangladeshi jurisdiction.
