4. Pricing & Commission

5. Order Fulfillment

Sellers are responsible for:

• Timely order processing

6. Shipping Responsibility

Refunds due to seller error may be deducted from seller earnings.

8. Customer Communication

Harassment or abuse will not be tolerated.

9. Prohibited Activities

Sellers must not:

• Sell counterfeit or stolen goods

• Share customer data externally

Violations may lead to permanent account termination.

10. Seller Performance & Penalties

Human Hair BD monitors seller performance based on:

• Order fulfillment rate

• Return rate

• Customer complaints

Poor performance may result in:

• Temporary suspension

• Financial penalties

• Permanent removal from the platform

11. Account Suspension & Termination

Human Hair BD reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts if:

• Policies are violated

• Fraud or abuse is detected

• Repeated customer complaints occur

No compensation will be provided upon termination.

12. Confidentiality

Sellers must keep all platform data, pricing, and customer information confidential.

13. Legal Jurisdiction

This Seller Policy is governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

Any disputes will be handled under Bangladeshi jurisdiction.
