Human Hair BD

At Human Hair BD, we ensure that every order is carefully checked before delivery. Due to the nature of human hair products, we follow a strict return policy to maintain hygiene and quality standards.

1. No Return After Opening

Once the product package is opened, used, washed, worn, cut, or altered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Human hair products are personal-use items and cannot be resold after opening.

2. When Return Is Accepted

Returns are only accepted if:

• You received the wrong product

• The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery

You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product with clear photo or video proof.

3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for return:

• The product must be unused and unwashed

• The original packaging, tags, hair net, and lace must be intact

• The product must be in the same condition as delivered

Any used or altered product will not be accepted.

4. Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

• We will provide return instructions

• The product must be sent back through our designated courier

• After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process a replacement or refund (as per our Refund Policy)

5. Return Shipping Cost

If the return is due to an error by Human Hair BD, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer mistake, the customer must pay the return courier charges.

6. Final Decision

All returns are reviewed by Human Hair BD.
Our decision regarding return eligibility will be final.
